Physician Members

Tickets are free for Memphis Medical Society physician members and their plus one. Unsure about your membership status? Give us a call at 901-761-0200


Tables

Tables of 10 are available.

Physicians: Reserve a table for your group and support the Foundation. Tables may be purchased upon registration for $1,000. A team member will reach out for complete registration after you purchase a table.

Sponsors and Guests: Please contact a staff member about your table.

Please provide your first and last name and designation as you want it to appear on your nametag for the evening. If you are bringing a plus one, please register their first and last name as you want it to appear on their name tag. 

Nametags will be printed based on the information you supply at registration and any information received after April 10 will not be available the evening of Gala.
